O-Rings – Click for Technical Pages

Summit stocks standard AS568 O-Rings as well as those made to JIS and other import specs and non-standard O-Rings in a wide assortment of rubber compounds including Nitrile, Neoprene, HNBR, Viton, and EPDM. Summit also supplies O-Rings molded from less-common compounds such as Silicone, Fluorosilicone, Aflas, Polyacrylate, SBR, and Natural Rubber, to name a few. Custom Molded Rubber –

Summit Industries is a recognized specialist in the field of Custom Molded Rubber Products currently manufacturing items for industries ranging from Automotive to Aerospace, from Military to Oil Exploration, from Sporting Goods to Computer hardware. Summit supplies parts made from virtually all common rubber compounds and numerous custom compounds. Standard Summit sompounds include Nitrile, Chloroprene (neoprene), Hydrogenated Nitrile, EPDM, Fluoroelastomer (viton, fluorel), Silicone, Fluorosilicone, SBR, and Natural Rubber, to name a few. Summit also offers rubber parts in an assortment of colors per the customer and finished product requirements. Summit also offers Rubber to Metal bonding for customers requiring parts made using this process. Virtually all rubber compounds are available for bonding to Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, and Brass, to name a few commonly bonded materials.

Summit Industries supplies a broad list of components to the Rock Bit industry. Rock Bits used in petroleum and water well drilling and mining are among those for which Summit supplies components. Most Summit Rock Bit Components are custom-made for each customer to their own exacting specifications. Items offered include Backflow Valves, Reservoir Diaphragms, Journal Seals, O-Rings, Belleville Washers, Reservoir Caps, Compensator Caps, Pipe Plugs, and Retaining Rings, to name a few. Summit supplies conveyor belt material in a broad assortment of styles for virtually all applications including manufacturing, materials moving, airport baggage handling, wood products conveying, and FDA-Approved belting for food product applications, to name just a few. Conveyor belt can be cut to specific lengths, purchased on full rolls, or die-cut in an endless assortment of shapes and sizes.

Summit supplies a broad assortment of gaskets made from the full spectrum of gasket materials including non-asbestos fiber, sheet rubber, and rubber-coated metal, to name a few. Summit supplies gaskets for the Mobile A/C Industry for compressor remanufacturing and system service as well as for Water Outlet replacement.
