O-RINGS – Summit offers the full line of O-Rings for Mobile
A/C in nitrile, neoprene, blue neoprene, and green Highly Saturated Nitrile (HNBR, HSN) to
meet all the sealing needs of our customers including shell O-Rings, shaft seal O-Rings, switch O-Rings, hose fitting O-Rings, suction & discharge port O-Rings, evaporator and TXV
O-Rings, to name just a few.
COLORED O-RINGS – As mentioned above, Summit offers O-Rings in a broad assortment of colors achieved through coating the outside of the O-Ring or through molding the O-Rings from colored rubber. Included are Blue Teflon Coated Neoprene, Green HNBR, Red Neoprene, and other custom colors per request. Custom Molded Rubber parts can also be made in
colors other than black if required.
METRIC O-RINGS – In the same quality compounds and colors, Summit offers standard metric sizes and custom sized O-Rings to fit the wide variety of import
and domestic A/C compressors, systems, and components that utilized O-Rings that are not made
to American standard size specifications.
LATHE CUT SEALS – Summit provides the complete assortment of lathe
cut seals in neoprene for various applications in mobile A/C compressors and Systems. Also included are teflon lathe cut seals for applications such as Rotolock Suction and Discharge Ports.
GASKETS – Summit provides both fiber and metal gaskets for Mobile
A/C applications. Non-asbestos fiber gaskets are available for scores of applications including internal compressor sealing as well as refrigerant manifold sealing. Polymer coated metal gaskets are available for applications such as compressor connection, TXV port, condenser connection, evaporator connection, as well as for internal compressor applications.
CUSTOM MOLDED RUBBER PARTS – Summit has tooled and supplies a broad assortment of custom rubber products for mobile A/C applications including manifold gaskets, shell seals, coil plugs, and other similar products.
HARDWARE ITEMS – Summit supplies nuts and bolts in both standard and metric sizes along with washers and shims produced to the exacting specifications for mobile A/C applications including clutch bolts, shaft nuts, shipping plate bolts, manifold bolts, though bolts, through bolt gaskets, and clutch shims, to name a few.
SPECIALTY HARD PARTS – Summit stocks and supplies numerous custom-made component parts for mobile A/C applications including compressor thrust washers, compressor shipping plates,
CAPS AND PLUGS – Summit supplies both metal and plastic caps and plugs for system charging ports and compressor suction and discharge ports.
VALVE CORES AND TOOLS – Summit supplies valve cores for domestic and import applications in both standard and metric sizes. In addition, Summit provides a product line of brass and steel valve core installation tools of very high quality at competitive prices.
RETAINING RINGS – Summit is a Master Distributor of retaining rings and offers the full spectrum of sizes for all applications in a wide variety of materials and finishes.
