Plans for a New Mobile AC Catalog |
Summit to update its automobile air conditioning catalog for 2008.

In time for the 2008 Mobile Air Conditioning Season, Summit will re-print their full-color product catalog. The new catalog will include dozens of new
parts that are being added to address product changes and new product areas served by Summit as well as to keep pace with the needs of Summit's growing customer base. |

The long-awaited move into the sparkling new and modern warehouse, production, QC/engineering, and administration offices of Summit Industries has finally taken place.
The expansion will better enable Summit to meet our customers needs in virtually every way from increased warehouse and production capacity to improved quality control procedures.
Fast-Spec, Summit's sister company, will continue to occupy the location formerly shared by bothe companies and will perform numerous upgrades on that facility to bring its
capabilities in line with the standards of service excellence our customers expect. Please refer to the "Location" page of this website for photos of both buildings. |

New Building |
Summit is expanding through the construction of a new facility.

Summit Industries broke ground May 15 on a new 18,000 sq. ft. office, warehouse, and production facility located next door to the corporate headquarters in Arlington,
Texas. The new building will more than double Summit's warehouse space as well as adding needed office, production, and engineering space. Completion is expected by August 1. |

Summit introduces a new corporate logo with a fresh, new look. |
Summit's new logo will be phased in over the coming year.

Summit announces a freshening of its familiar logo that has been
been in use since the company was founded over fifteen years ago. The new logo is an outward
representation of the way Summit has evolved and improved itself over the years and indicates Summit's willingness to
embrace change as a way of continuing to offer first-class customer
service well into the twenty-first century. |

Summit dedicates new state-of-the-art Production Facility.

Summit Industries, Inc. recently completed dedication of its new packaging facility located
at its main distribution operation at 475 Dodson Lake Drive. Located in the climate-controlled facility are computer
controlled packaging machines, custom bar code labeling equipment, as well
as production apparatus for assembly of packaged assortments and kits.

Summit acquires Fast-Spec, Inc., a full line Fastener Distributor.

Summit Industries, Inc. announces the acquisition of Fast-Spec,
Inc. of Arlington, Texas. Fast-Spec has been in continuous operation for over 25 years and brings with them a loyal and strong
customer base and the opportunity to assist Summit in its plans for diversification and in improving Summit's value to its expanding customer base.
